Sweet, delicate and overwhelming at the same time, thanks to the fermentation process in cultivar that, together with the roasting process, are its distinctive features. Clean to the palate, it pleasantly overwhelms the taste receptors, releasing notes of molasses and cacao. It melts quickly, developing further the tasting notes and opening up the palate and the taste receptors to perceive the sweet and fruity notes of the pairing with wine/rhum.
